I used this book many many years ago and found it very helpful to organize my job-hunting strategy and techniques. It still has some very good advice but unfortunately has not caught up with the changes of the past decade and the problems that current job seekers have in these strange economic times. If you remember how helpful the book was decades ago you will be surprised how out-dated the advice is as any current job searcher can tell you. Still, the basic information is very useful but the buyer will need to remember that the prime technique for job hunters today is, more than ever before, the use of personal contacts and social connections. Keep that in mind and you find some of the information presented here useful.
This is a decent version of Word / Excel for use on the Mac. It doesn't have all the bells of the PC version (shocker!), but it has enough to make it reasonably functional. If you're looking for every tip and trick to work on this version that normally works on a PC version, don't buy this. If you're content with getting *most* of the stuff you want, then this purchase will work for you.
With all the negativity with the elections this was the perfect read for me. It encouraged me with my own business. I love Joanna and Chip and their stories make me appreciate them even more. I laughed and cried out loud almost every page of the book!
I really wanted to give this product a shot before writing a review because I was sceptacle. Well, let me tell you the results are amazing. My eyelashes are darker, thicker and look absolutely beautiful. I have been getting compliment on my lashes some one actually thought they were falsies. Well little did they know I've been using Bang. Love it!
I was strolling through the bowels of NY Chinatown one day, looking for fresh baby panda feet and Rhino tusk powder for my E.D. Flare up, when I heard this beautiful siren song coming from a sheathed bird cage in an antique shop. I walked in and immediately my ADHD redirected my interest to a shiny metal object flashing its reflective luminance into my peripheral. Like a dancing absinthe fairy seducing me to come hither, and so I turned to look at this enchantress and that's when I saw it. An Official Swiss Army Carbine-Action, 87 implement- 141 function Wenger Display Model 16999 knife. I had to have it! Then I heard my old man's voice say, "Son, It ain't a party till you put some butter on a tater biscuit." Which in no way applies to this situation, Mikey the situation, or any other situation, nor does it make any sense whatsoever. But it rang as fatherly advice nonetheless. So I bartered with the long goateed pipe smoking clerk, Lo Pan, using 3 Knorr Chicken Bouillon cubes, a girl with green eyes, and $1498.00 in two dollar bill denominations for it and I regret nothing. If I paid individually for each of the 141 functions I'd spend more than the national deficit and still wouldn't have the satisfaction of unfolding each tiny, shiny omnidextrous limb with such purpose and intent. It's like a metallic hundredfortyone-o-pus genie granting my every wish with the flip of each little articulating limb. Including such functions as USB underwear heater, an ocarina that calls Epona, formal crocs, time travel at 1x speed, that ninja star from Krull, an ergonomic back scratcher, the Internet in solid form, a bottle of Activia, a sleep number, a goat that sings like Taylor swift, a Russian man talking on a prepaid cell phone, a counterclockwise cork unscrew, hi-speed dubbing, a cue cat barcode scanner, a dropped call, a key to the 9th gate, an advent calendar, that thing you lost, a knife, and much much more.
Did only recive 1 Product, 1 payed for 3. When I tried to contact Idollash.com they have no e-mail and their phones are always closed.
Sorry, haven't actually tried this yet. Will be ordering directly from Pampered Chef who sells it for $29.50. Me thinks someone is trying to make big bucks on this!
