I have used Zantrex 3 in the past (blue bottle) and it gave me a major energy boost at first and periodically it would scare me but it helped me seriously control my appetite--i had lost 10lbs in a couple weeks on the blue bottle pills but they were extreme!!! i felt like a freaking crack head!--this new recipe of zantrex with oxydrene seems to be a little more tamer and I am still losing weight just a tad bit less rapidly but I can tell it is making a difference. I am 230 and after one week with no exercise and not over eating to much I am 225. I get energy boost and it helps with my appetite but i like how it doesn't have that crazy egde most pills give you.

This has really helped me go from trying to function and having more difficult days than others. To having more productive days than stymied days. Raising two children and having no structure of work to really push me, my mild to moderate depression would prevent me doing more than wash the dishes and help my children alive and entertained. After starting to take these (dissolving under the tongue) I have an increased interest, desire and ability to get a larger portion of what needs to be done finished and some extra too. These are the little nudge that launched me into exercising again among other extra circular activities ;) overall a great help! Really given my life more joy!

The phone works ok, although beware the amount of space. It's so low that barely 5 major apps could be installed. "But buy an extra microSD card!" you say: I did, I bought a 16gb one in fact, but the problem is that a lot of the major apps (Facebook, Spotify, Netflix, etc) won't transfer to the SD card, no matter what. You won't be able to install any apps, even if the card is mostly empty. There are supposed to be some "hacks" that enable you to to do transfer those apps to the card, but finding instructions for this phone is really hard since it's new. Not worth the effort IMO. Also, beware of this major bug I encountered. DON'T LOWER THE BRIGHTNESS ALL THE WAY DOWN! Basically it turns off the screen. You'll think you have a dead phone. When this first happened to me, No matter what I did, I couldn't get the screen to "turn on". What was ticking me off about that the phone wasn't "dead" is that I would reboot it, and the BLU intro screen was bright as normal. Once it got into Android the screen would go dark again (Volume button sounds worked normally). This should easily be fixed with an update though, so I hope BLU takes notice.

I was worried that this wouldn't be the exact same current product that Onnit sells (there is an old version), but I was happy to discover it is the exact same. As far as how it's working, I have been taking the supplement for about two weeks, and I can notice a difference in my focus. I can also recall somewhat inconsequential details about things that I seem to have forgotten over the years. Additionally, my dream recall has improved immensely, and I have remembered my dreams literally every night since I have started taking this stuff. I was skeptical at first, but it really works. Give it a try, and get it here a little cheap than you can from Onnit!
