  • RunnerGirl65 - Awesome supplement for your brain function, most important organ!!!

I actually tried other products from Vitamonk brand and decided they produce really high quality supplement so it was my easy choice to try their Alpha GPC supplement for my brain function supplement. I started with the recommended dosage of one capsule a day for a week but didn't feel much effect and was feeling disappointment that this won't work for me. Then I started some research and found that 600 mg or more will be effective depend on the person's condition and the goal. I stared to take two capsules a day on the second week and couple of days into it I started to feel clearer focus and mental stamina to studying or concentrate in one subject whole lot longer. I am getting older and my memories suffer at times and knowing my old mother is in early stages of dementia, I am feeling the strong need to take supplement for my brain function more than ever and this product is giving me hope.

  • Dylan - Make Yourself Great Again!

Another great book by Mike. Every page has something that you can take away. My favorite part is the Mindset section. Mike has been studying Mindset for years and you can learn a lot from him.

  • J. Holloway - Nest Thermostat

I received my first Nest from my AC contractor (Best Air, Coral Springs Fl did a good job) while he was installing my entire house HVAC system. I asked him to get the device for me as he had no experience with the Nest. He charged me 241.00 for the unit. (Why it is 340.00 at Amazon when Nest sells it for 250?) In preparation for the Nest I watched all the videos, read the FAQs and read all Amazon reviews. When it came time to install the Nest I was fully prepared. The setup procedure completed, started up the fan for the AC temporarily then the Nest internal rechargeable battery died and the AC fan turned off. The installer couldn't wait around for the internal rechargeable battery to become recharged on the base. I waited for a recharge for about 30 minutes to an hour then tried again. This time I received error messages. The fan would turn on with no cold air then get weaker then turn off. The error messages indicated wires weren't connected correctly (they were correct). I called Tech support for Nest. They were friendly but were level one so you know what that means. They screen out the most basic of user mistakes. Level one tech support told me my red power wire wasn't supplying enough electricity to power the nest. They said I needed 24 volts and it was only supplying 18. They then had me remove the wires and reinstall. These are stiff copper wires so prepare to have sore fingers. I removed wires, shaved off more insulation as requested then reinserted. Still error messages. Then battery died again. Level one tech support said I could charge faster if I had a USB cable with a mini plug on one end. I did not immediately have a cable so I had to hang up with tech support and call back later. I hunted all over house, found a cable and used it. Once charged, I reinstalled the Nest Module on its base (the base is mounted on the wall) the unit started my AC fan with no cold air then died again. I called Tech support back. They made me wire and rewire, check diagnostic screens between battery deaths. Finally they put me on with someone higher up in tech support. He had me remove the nest from the base and try multiple wiring schemes. Removing and reinserting wires in different slots. He said contrary to level one tech support that my voltage and wires were fine it was the base that was defective. He agreed to send me out a replacement unit overnight but wanted my credit card just in case I did not return the defective unit. I was appalled that after such a giant mess and hours of sweaty work with their defective product that they would want me to provide a credit card number. I balked and they relented. After hanging up I had to figure out what I was going to do for AC. I had a brand new entire house AC and live in Ft Lauderdale so it was hot in the house with no AC. Fortunately the AC contractor left me the Honeywell programmable thermostat that he would have installed included in the complete system. I pulled it out of the box, plugged in the wires and had AC immediately. No manual, no hassle. The next day I received my new Nest. They were true to their word and sent it fast. I then pulled it out of the box and the first thing I did was charge the nest with a USB plug that is not included in the package (bad practice). Once fully charged I installed quickly and it immediately worked like a charm. Moral to the story...if it doesn't work immediately you may have a bad unit. The setup is not hard. If you wire it correctly and follow the instructions it should work immediately. I then went online and linked my nest to internet (easy). Then I downloaded the iPad and iPhone apps and they worked easily too. I will add later experiences with nest after owning for a month. I had a rough beginning and a happy end.....so far.
