I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste. In addition I did feel that the drink was satisfying and delivered on the promise to give all day energy. I choose to blend it with vanilla protein powder and I carry it with me through the day which helps me fight snacking all day long. That was my problem, that I often felt so drained I was constantly eating for energy. All Day Energy Greens solved that problem.
