This thing CAN make very nice pocket hole joints but the markings on the jig are USELESS. I set it up exactly as it says in the instructions with exactly the right screw type and screw length and with the jig set to exactly the matching dimensions of my wood. Then I tried 3 times to make a joint. EVERY time the wood split on the face of the rail (assuming standard rail and stile construction). The pocket hole comes out far too close to the face with the tip of the screw about 1/8" from the face. No wonder it splits. So I then adjusted it by trial and error and got it to work fine by essentially lying about the thickness of my stock. Setting it to 5/8" instead of 3/4" and then eyeballing the depth gauge on the drill bit rather than using the built in guide made it work. I would have really been bummed if I hadn't practiced on some scrap stock firs.
The sockets in this set are fine, you can't really mess those up. But the wrenches are trash - I broke the hand wrench the first time I used it, and the socket wrench feels really flimsy and won't mate with the sockets very well. Two stars for being 10 bucks and the sockets, but that's it.
Bought this for my mom - she walks with a cane, but sometimes like a good walking stick when out. She reported it is a great touch point, once properly set up, and gives her a lot of freedom to go where she wants. It does telescope to a shorter length, and can fit in a suitcase or backpack, or even a larger purse. Very well liked, and recommended highly.
This CD will not let you down. It's wonderful to here new music from Barry Gibb. Every track is Great !
This swiffer has been around for a long time, but it still works as good as ever. One thing I use it for that I don't know if other people try, is to wash down walls. I use the wet pads for this. It works great at removing dust and dirt from walls! It is also very easy to use on the walls because of the length of the handle. Especially good on bathroom walls that are subjected to steam.
History never stops. Time doesn't end. For the city of Birmingham, 1963 is just one year in many of the "The Magic City's" existence.
Since no one actually buys snore strips for their own personal satisfaction, this review comes from the perspective of a previously-sleep-deprived live-in girlfriend. These things stop snoring second only to grabbing the ManFriend's nose until he can't breathe and wakes up. Unlike that "best" option, these do not start arguments in the middle of the night on why "any sane person" would grab someone's nose. They restore my peaceful slumber, resolve arguments before they've even begun, and, because I get better sleep, I look better, too. Talk about an all-around relationship saver!!
