just received my copy of the insulin resistance diet and i thought it was just marvelous. It explained a lot of the things that would happen to me when i would eat to many carbs, tired, lazy not thinking clearly hmm how was i to know i didn't have enough protein to ofset an insulin rise in me that would cause this lethargic feeling. Anyway the book clearly explains how you can balance your food with enough protein, not count calories or fat( of course anyone wanting to lose weight will watch fat intake) and still lose weight.The book also clearly expains how we gain weight and how we can stop storing fat the minute you start the program, which i might add is very very easy. You might not think something this easy would be able to help you lose weight all i can say is read the book try it any you will be telling others because it will be very evident in the way you look and feel. It has only been a few days for me and i already feel lighter and not as tired when i eat now. This is only the begining will get back with you in about four weeks and let you know the results. The book was interesting and very easy to read satarting reading it for the second time last night.

I was just at the store to buy a new version since my latest one is no longer supported. I called the support number on the box to ask a question and was directed to go online since that number is no longer working. Thankfully I had my iPad with me, so I looked online, couldn't find the answer there, so called the number on the screen. I was put on hold and waited, in the store, for over 15 minutes. Hung up. This was just to inquire about the product before purchase. What a phony, unfriendly company! I guess customer service is not important to them. They must be rich!

This book is confusing to use. It has all the necessary code information, but it has other sections which could be helpful in certain circumstances, but seem superfluous for the average coder. ICD-10 is coming in October anyway, buy an I-10 book, don't waste money on I-9, it's going to be gone for Sure this year.

I love the smell, feel, and results of this face cream. I break out with acne fairly easily and this does not cause me to break out but leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I still use a sunscreen face cream over this, where it does not contain any sunscreen. The price can vary in stores (generally about $20). I will definitely be buying more when I run out!

At a somewhat regular dosage of 2 to 4 per day (2 morning + 2 evening) it did not work at all for me. So if you take the maximum amount of 12 per day, as recommended, the bottle would last only about 8 days. Meaning, you would have to purchase 4 bottles to last one month. And that would be extremely expensive, at $68 per month. It would be better to just eat more fiber; especially since it did absolutely nothing at a lower dosage rate.
