This is disappointing for a Kaplan product. I took the GRE eight years ago with a Kaplan prep book, was happy with the preparation, and received an excellent score (1530). While I haven't taken my new GRE yet, I've had to order more preparation materials because this study guide seems insufficient. The sample questions on the CD-ROM in this book have typos, some of which impede me from answering the questions correctly, and all of which indicate editorial carelessness. The calculator on the math practice sets is nearly unusable, and I hope this does not represent the calculator on the real exam. The vocabulary list at the end of the book does not reflect the vocabulary in the practice sets well. Further, the math instruction is inadequate. There is a list of formulas in the back of the book, but little instruction (or practice) on how to use them. I also don't know the full range of types of math questions to expect, since several types of questions on the practice sets are not included in the math instruction chapters. Finally, the scoring on the first practice exam I took does not follow the new scoring guide. I hope the new books I've ordered are better, and I hope Kaplan significantly revises the next edition of this book.
I was a crazy Mom who bought her child three different strollers. Actually the first one my husband brought from Germany claiming that just like cars their strollers are among the best. And it was a good stroller, but in a way Mersedes S-Class is when you are a fan of a Mini Cooper. I wanted a stroller that would be light and that could easily be transported around. So I bought this one for two reasons: it folds up in one second with the effort of one finger and when you insert infant car seat, it creats a very cozy place for your little one where he is completely protected by the two hoods (the stroller's hood and the one from the car seat come nicely against each other). I ended up also buying a Maclaren Quest which I'm now using the most, but the B-Agile was still a pretty good choice.
Leaves skin silky smooth all day but it REEKS! It smells like a dirty diaper or vomit. Very off putting odor. Do NOT buy!!
I bought this trap hoping to catch the squirrels that had been getting in my house. I placed it in the lawn near a pine tree. I baited it with bird seed. I would return to find the trap empty with no bird seed left. I thought that maybe a raccoon had reached through the trap and eaten the seed. I baited it multiple times to have the same thing happen (most of the time from evening to mid morning). I then baited it at around 6 pm and checked it around 8 pm. Again, empty!! I am 100% certain there was no raccoon at that time, so squirrels had to get in and out. I then read other reviews here and they said that happened to them too!! Well, let's just say a pellet gun takes care of the problem much better than the squirrelinator!! I think the door is just not heavy enough to prevent the squirrels from lifting it and escaping. I zip tied a small flat rock to the door, but don't have anymore live squirrels to try it on now, but if any rear their tree rat heads I will be sure to try it again (if I don't have time to vaporize them with the pellet gun). I'm not the kind of person to return things, but I probably would if I had bought this trap from a regular store.
Have been using the Next Exit for years while traveling the country as full time RV'ers. We find it to be very useful in planning trips and knowing in advance what is coming up at the next exit. Great guide.
I bought some o this from a local store, so this is a review of the product, not this particular seller.
This was seriously a life changer. I'm unfortunately 37 already and would have died for this 17 years ago. Got my back completely hairless (and i had a seriously hairy back) and has stayed that way. I shave it like once a week now and it's no problem.
