Obviously for my husband who loves his Bro Shaver. Great design with replaceable blades. Works perfectly. Can cut up the back a bit, but sure beats the alternative forest of hair
Um, well. To quote; "It could be said that this book is both good and original. Unfortunately the good parts are not original and, the original parts are not good."
It's a very good short story and a nice intro along with The Academy to the Tracy Crosswhite series. The novels are superior in all ways to the short stories. Robert Dugoni is an excellent writer but, his short stories don't do his talent the justice found in his novels. Still, a very enjoyable read.
After two days of taking Almased for breakfast and lunch, I began spotting. The spotting increased until I quit taking the shakes approximately 4 days later. The spotting is beginning to resolve after 5 days of quitting the Almased. I have always been completely regular with my menstrual cycle. I have always been hesitant to consume soy products that are unfermented due to the phytic acid's ability to bind minerals and for other unwanted (nonfermented) soy concerns. However, because Almased is supposedly fermented, I thought it would be worth a try. After further research into the potential side-effects of soy, I discovered other women have had similar issues with soy and that it is a potent estrogen-disruptor. (fermented or not). I will be avoiding soy in the future (except for the very occasional steamed edamame at my favorite Asian restuarant). :-) Readers, please be careful with Almased. It may be fine for some, but not for many I fear.
