I've only had this version of Quicken for a few days but I don't get the bad reviews at all! Everything imported perfectly and I added two rental properties that I own without an issue. It took me maybe thirty minutes of fumbling around with the rental features but then it was figured out. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is becuase I think Intuit is a bit intrusive.
Buy a dremel. This thing has no power whatsoever, A piece of sandpaper would be far better than this. If you apply any pressure whatsoever it stops rotating or come out of the bracket holding it in place. I'm really hoping i can return this after using it one time and being shocked at how poor its operation is.
So I wasn't sure about this purchase.Although I like some of the stuff I hear by J. cole on the radio, he's a young artist so I was thinking not a lot of thought probably went into his release with the top subjects these days being drugs, sex and money. Well, I was wrong! This is a nice release and I listened to every track and then I did again.
