I'm in the army and in an rotc program, I bought these to replace my aging PT shoes for running and general exercise.

this powder doesn't taste the best in just plain water, at least to me. when i first got it i poured the powder in a water bottle and shook it. It doesn't dissolve fully that way. There won't be big clumps but it will be grainy and you'll have to shake it if you notice it settling on the bottom, which it does if you don't drink it fast. Now I put it in the blender with milk and bananas. Sometimes I also add chopped pineapple and a sprinkle of fresh cinnamon bark. Milk and fresh fruit makes it very enjoyable.

My new treadmill is excellent. It is far superior to my previous treadmill. This treadmill is smooth, powerful and has excellent shock absorbing materials built in. It was supposed to arrive within a few days of ordering, but hurricane Sandy interrupted. I received a call and the delivery was rescheduled according to my schedule. When the delivery came the man delivering the treadmill was very helpful and he and my husband got the heavy box into the room in our house that I use this treadmill in.

I have 2 pups, the 10-year-old was with me and the 5-year-old was in the hospital when I got my Furbo. Both of my pups have the separation anxiety. I didn’t know they barked a lot when I was at work until my neighbours told me recently. Not only that, this time my 5-year-old was coughing blood when I wasn’t home and I had no idea about it. So I bought Furbo! I saw it on Facebook and bought it from Indiegogo. It got a nice camera with night vision so I can check on them whenever I want to. I can talk to them and shoot a treat or 2 to cheer them up from work too. I love my Furbo, it resolves my issues, easy to use, and look nice in my place too. My pups are getting better now with the anxiety issue. I would definitely recommend Furbo to my f & f!
