I am loving Masterbrain I am now starting on week 3 and I have better focus and clean energy during the day. I got this pot as a gift and am absolutely thrilled to own it. The flame color is gorgeous and matches the flame stoneware items I already own. The size is very handy - not so big it overwhelms the stove but large enough to cook for 7-8 people (or in my case, a week's worth of food). I've never cooked with cast iron before, and there is definitely a difference. It heats the food more evenly so you don't have to stir as much, and the top is heavy enough to seal in the steam and flavors.
