So first of all this shake WILL help you lose weight if you know how to use it right. They recommend (for weight loss) 2 shakes a day, healthy snacks, and a sensible dinner. When I first started this product I thought I was following the plan correctly but ended up gaining weight. I would have the 2 shakes, a salad with chicken for dinner (or equivalent meal) and fruits/veggies for snacks and workout for about 90 min 3-4 days a week and 30 min 2-3 days/week. I looked more into it and I was creating such a calorie deficit that my body was starving. My recommendation is to count your calories in and out as well otherwise you risk starving your body into gaining weight. Remember females need at least 1200 calories/day and males need at least 15-1600cal/day. Since I have corrected this, I've lost about 15 pounds and kept it off for about a year (from 136 to 121-- my lowest was 117 but I wasn't healthy looking so I purposefully gained weight back).

This is another great book by Willow & Lauren. Liam knows everything about Elizabeth from her father Richard. They met when Richard went to Liam to make a bet. He needed the money for his cancer treatment & Liam ended up giving Richard the money. Richard gave him the deed to the house he usually rented out. Liam grudgingly took it & he started visiting with Richard for the last month's of his life. Richard told Liam everything about Elizabeth & how much he loved her. Liam started to fall for Elle before he even met her. Elle & Liam met each other at the reading of the will. When Elle finds out that her father gave everything to Liam except the family house she is a jumble of emotions. Mostly she is mad at Liam thinking he conned Richard. He was just as shocked & tells her he will give her all of the inheritance to her if she agrees to a date. They do start dating & the more time they spend together the more they are falling for each other. They are both helping each other heal over the loss of Richard. When Liam gets a threat towards Elle he gets really worried & wants to keep her safe. When they go out, they get shot at. This is when Elle finds out everything about what he really does. She is furious that Liam lied to her & just wants to go home. Liam won't let her go until the problem is solved. It is firm like real pure Shea butter. It feels smooth on the skin and does not feel gritty. The smell is pure and authentic. It is earthy and rich. Shea butter has so many uses. It can be used in your hair, on your face, or on your body. It is a very pure product which does not cause any irritation to the skin.This shea butter has a hard consistency. It's hard to scoop out. It melts onto your skin & absorbs fast. I have used other organic raw Shea butter and I really like this one. It seems almost wept so it's easy to scoop out with your fingers. I've used others that are more difficult to get out of the jar and then soften. Works great all over the body.It leaves my skin feeling velvety, silky soft. There is a lot of diy recipes out there I want to try. I haven't tried any yet. For now I just take a small dab with my finger & I put it in my Palm of my hand & rub my hands together. Then I apply it on my skin. I rub it in nice. After a minute or so the shea butter is absorbed into my skin. My skin is left so silky soft! I LOVE this stuff! I will continue to use this on my skin. I originally wanted to use this for my hair...but it's hard to rub evenly into my hair. Also, it left my hair oily looking the next morning.
