My son loves this. However, buyer beware. The motor on this product died after just over a year of having it. For such an expensive item, wouldnt you think that it would last?? Back up your product momaroo, you make me cry.

We purchased this carrier because we breed basset hounds and have puppies on occasion. This item is perfect for our purposes because of the soft sides and hard top and bottom it is so easy to assemble. The best part is that it is so easy to store! It folds completely flat. We have hard carriers but this is better for a few puppies.
