This has become one of my go-to books in meal planning and preparation. It has a large variety of dishes taken straight from the books, such as Aunt Petunias pudding from Chamber of Secrets, Hagrids infamous rock cakes, Cauldron Cakes (which, I discovered while reading, are pancakes!), Buillobasse from Goblet of Fire, and many, many more British delights. I've used the fudge recipes several times, and the recipe is fool-proof (I have very little luck with candy) and is very popular whenever it's served.

I have been taking this for 6 months now, and I have lost crazy body fat! I am currently at 13% bf, down from 32%. I take these every morning, and workout 5 days a week. I currently weigh 170 lbs and 148 is lean muscle. I believe by adding this supplement to my routine has helped significantly. I do eat a very clean diet high in protein. The pills are not too big, and go down easily. I highly recommend this to anyone trying cut the fat, and lose weight!

This is a nice, not too heavy moisturizer. I use it as a night moisturizer as it is too heavy for me all day and caused a small breakout when I did try it as a daytime moisturizer. Works great for nighttime though. I have ridiculously sensitive skin, so I feel it is still a very good product.
