This product is AMAZING! First off, it looks great and is very smooth (no weld marks or sharp metal edges). I was a little skeptical about how well it would keep my water cold (not a huge coffee fan), so I left it in my car overnight. When I went out, this morning, hardly any ice had melted and the cup did not "sweat" at all. I was sold.
This does, in fact, do what it claims to do. I have had mine for four months and can see a distinct difference. Additionally, mine had a factory defect. With just a few emails, they determined it to be defective and have sent out a replacement. I am very impressed with the product and the service.
First time I used it it told me my impact was to hard and what I needed to change. I have been using my moov. 3 days and already more productive. Love it!
I had some inconvenience with my order. Waited more than 21 days to receive it, but they were nice enough to resend another order free of charge. I do appreciate the gesture. I started using the product and I will rate it after a few months.
