    I have been using essential oils for years. Lavender oil has always been one of my favorites for using in a diffuser, lotions, really everything! Don’t let the size of this bottle dissuade you! This stuff is powerful! It has a very strong true lavender scent. A little goes a long way with this oil. Two small drops in a diffuser was plenty and scented almost my entire house! For night time use I would only use one drop if you are using this in a closed bedroom. You can also mix with a little water in a spray bottle and scent pillows too. It comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper. This is high quality oil. Unless you are making super large batches of soap or lotions, this bottle may last you forever! Only a drop or two are required for most uses.

    Just started taking this and I like it so far. Gives me energy without the shakes that last throughout the day. I have very bad reactions with anything that has caffeine in it so this is a great alternative for energy that does not give me that negative reaction. I read the other reviews and saw that several had headaches, but this was not so for me. I suffer from environmentally induced migraines and honestly have not had one since I started taking this product. Not sure if it is the product, or if I just have not been exposed to anything that would cause an episode, but either way I am happy.

    A quick fix when I cannot eat my 10-50 recommended fruits and veggies per day. I mix with a protein shake in the am and away I go. I don't know about everyone else, but I cannot have fruits and veggies sitting around my work area all day so I can munch on them to get the "recommended" dose. This stuff works fine for me! Thanks
