    I would NOT recommend this software at all. I have tried to create custom backup's and have not been able to. I have followed the help instructions without success. To run the backup I need I must create a new backup and then run it immediately. I cannot create one that I can schedule because when the program closes the backup I created is lost.

    So I originally purchased an elliptical (trying to give my knees a break). But, I really didn't like it...so I sold it to a friend of mine who loves elliptical workouts. I decided to step up a little and spend a little more. I did a good bit of research on treadmills. I'm happy I chose this one. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's done a solid job. No, it's not a $2000 machine you will find at the large gym in town. But, it's a nice treadmill for my budget. It wasn't difficult to put together (just a little time-consuming and VERY heavy...I had to give my back a rest the next day).
