Been using this now for a week before hard outdoor labor, one gets me through my morning and the second is just icing on the cake. Would recommend to anbyone looking to lose some weight with physical activity.

It's hard to know what to rate this. The unit, now working, is quite good, maybe a four or five, especially in light of the Arris tech guy. HOWEVER, it took 2-1/2 hours on the phone with Time Warner Cable and Arris, we (my daughter and I) to finally get it working WIRELESSLY. Tried initially with ethernet hookup, wouldn't let us rename it and get back in from the Motorola default login. Via a terse but in the end very helpful Arris tech guy (blessedly available on Sun) we reset the factory defaults and one way and another got it to function wirelessly.

I bought this coffee for the office to try out and I must say everyone loved it, getting ready to order a second time around.

I found the price tag to be a little steep for this. When I was a kid, we went swimming and my mom told me, "Watch out for huge ships. I mean really keep your eyes open, okay?". I've used that method to avoid huge ships ever since, and I've yet to be surprised while water sporting. It even works on smaller ships, canoes, and driftwood. So I kinda feel like this book is overpriced, considering my mom's advice about has it covered.

Chose this product hoping it would work for me.... but instead it felt like it was hurting me. I tried to give it a chance, but I would get these pains in my stomach area each time I tried. I recommend doing a natural cleanse instead of this. Those pains weren't worth it.
