The countertop transformation kit was a bit of a pain (make that a great pain) to use. It put up a lot of dust -- a ton of dust from the two sanding steps. But the results transformed my yucky, 20-year-old countertop into a very nice looking countertop for much less than what I would have had to pay for a new countertop.

This book is great for increasing memory. I've always struggled with remembering names, this book has solid strategies for overcoming bad memory habits and has helped me at least a little bit which counts!

I really loved Yoli the first week since I lost 13 lbs, however I bounced around the the remaining 6lbs over the next 2.5 weeks. The products are really great, but pretty expensive but taste/work great - I have tried all flavors. In my opinion, I think you could substitute the Yoli protein shakes for a VERY similar product (grass fed, no gmo, no antibiotics, natural sweetener and flavor whey) that is half the price as well as a different fiber/probiotic with a much lower price. Alkalete and Passion are great and I have tried stacking (1 Alkalete for 25 lbs) and also taking the two as recommended, but have far better results with the stacking. I used to drink 3-4 cups of cofffee or tea a day, but I have not had any cravings with the two Passion per day. My first two days I was a little sluggish and cranky, so I upped to three. The food schedule works fine for me, but I have an office job. I am never hungry - sometimes I actually feel like I am forcing myself to eat the afternoon snack - and you have a wide variety of food choices. I also don't feel the cravings for junk food like I had in the past, but there are a lot os sweets that work with the low-carb diet (WW, Atkins, Skinny Cow, So Delicious, Digestives, and high percent dark chocolate).

This is the worst unit. Brand new house 4 years ago and the unit was a lemin from the start. navien would not come out to fix it UNDER WARRANTY. We paid on 5 separate times for a pkumber to come out to fix it. They made us go theru their "protocol" of trying this and that first. Finally after so many failed attempts to keep the unit working and endless complaining the unit as a whole was replaced - after 2 years of trouble. Fast foward 2 years later and rhe newer unit is giving us the same issues. No hot water, having to restart it, heat goes out...etc etc etc. Called Navien again and there's nothing they can do. Told us to call a Navien service specialist. At our expense again. This unit is the WORST but the customer service is horrendous!!!!

This product works for many needs. It's a great heat protector if you blow dry and straighten like I do. It leaves hair looking a feeling very silky and soft, and it doesn't weight the hair down or all, or feel sticky or leave a residue. It also helps w/ frizz.
