I chose this bike because it offers both lower & upper body exercise. When unboxing the bike, we noticed that the two plastic pieces at the base below the seat were cracked in transit. Amazon offered to replace the bike, but other than the cosmetic cracks, it worked very well. Instead I emailed the manufacturer, and they are sending the replacement plastic parts. The bike is very sturdy and works smoothly.
Well I can honestly say this works, although I recommend that you pair it up with some kind of camera system like dropcam (which is what I have).
