This is my first experience with VR and I researched a lot. These weren't on any of the "top ten" lists I looked at but I'm extremely happy that I got them . very easy to set up and adjust and what really impressed me was that someone from the manufacturer contacted me within a few days of my order and asked how I liked them. I asked him for a QR code and he sent it within minutes so I expect any issues you might have with the unit would be handled quickly. But I don't think you'll have any. Very good build quality, especially for the price. I would recommend these to anybody and I'm thinking about ordering another set so I don't have to share lol. I also have to say I DID NOT get these free or at a discount ( although would like to know how to get in on that deal) I paid full price so you can rest assured this review isn't biased in any way. I tried the 2013 version last year and went with the new version this year. It doesn't hog system resources and has an easy to use interface. I teamed the program with MalwareBytes Pro but it does require setting exclusions in both programs to avoid conflicts. The program is always at the top of AV reviews and I see why. I have used just about everything over the last 20 years, both enterprise and consumer and Kaspersky is a great program that is very fairly priced.
