After 3 months of use. The guide is broken. I might've received a faulty reel but it seems Quality control might not be the best. Definitely not made to last. Disappointed .

This is a horrible product. There is absolutely no stick and calling this "no-slip" is just ridiculous. I can't hold a single pose as my feet and hands slip so easily. I have a treadmill mat that allows me to hold better poses than this thing!

I gave this cookware set to my wife for her birthday and she loves it! She told me this is the best set of cookware she's ever owned.

I was a little skeptical to use this but I had heard so many great things that I decided to give it a try. The oil is really strong and has an interesting taste but I'm able to tolerate it. It makes my stomach feel great and suppresses my appetite. I started on Saturday and weighed myself on Wednesday of that same week and I had lost 8lbs.!!! I couldn't believe the scale when I saw it. I'm also using the trim shake along with the oil drops so I think that is also helping. So far I'm happy with this product and will continue to use it.

I am so glad that Dr. Fung has finally published a fasting guide. I have been doing weekly 4 day water fasts for the past year and have seen tremendous results. I love that this book is a fusion of LCHF acknowledging the benefits of fasting. I am so thankful to know that the key to losing fat is simply controlling insulin.

This product not only works wonders – I lost 20 pounds in the first month alone – but I also love that I don’t have to take a handful of pills every day. By using the drops, I don’t have to worry about carrying around a bottle of pills or stopping what I am doing to take them. Plus, I have a hard time with pills so this really is a miracle for me.
