Bought it to do a clone, and it would not work with dynamic disks nor could a full backup be used for recovery/clone, and had a few issues on the accuracy of the manual. I am using it for backups and it is better than the default Win10/Win7 product. On the positive side, their customer support is very good.
I travel frequently for business and this little coffee brewer is perfect. I prefer to make my own coffee, instead of using the prepackaged coffee pods provided by the hotel and this thing is great. Wished I would have discovered this years ago. Just bought a second one, to keep in the office.
