These sticky refill work great....I had them for many years. My cotage is in the middle of no mans land with millions of birds. I have never seen any bird stuck on any of my tapes. I know of 4 other people with the same system and has never caught a bird. The black and white attracts black flies, deer flies and horse flies....not birds!!!

Loved the book. It's filled with plenty of name drops who come to life in this intimate memoir. However, even better, is the portrayal of her own insecurities, her choices for mates and her jagged path to self realization and contentment in the midst of a wildly successful career. Carole Bayer Sager has managed to write a very personal story that many people will relate to.
