If you liked the first book, you will love this one. Dr. Theodosakis has updated many areas of this book to include all the latest info on arthritis supplements. He even discusses which brands to buy to get the best relief. There is even a chapter on common pain relievers that contains little known information that could actually save your life. Many areas of the book have been revised.Probably half of the book is new. I love it! Without the information I have learned from this and other books by Dr. Theodosakis, I would be an ex runner! Thanks!

Just bought this solely for the purpose of playing Blu-ray discs on my laptop which has a built-in BD-ROM drive. It simply does not work. I googled a bit and found that I am not the only one with trouble. I followed the procedure outlined in the Nero support forum and sent Nero support all the information requested. Waiting for a response. Will update my review as this progresses.

Even though this album is almost ten years old it still is one of the best albums of all time! My favorite tracks are unfinished symphony, daydreaming and blue lines. DONT FORGET THIS ALBUM BECAUSE IT IS OLD BECAUSE IT'S STILL GOLD!

Installed it in my 2015 Prius C One. Took some time to route the wires, about 3 hours. It really helps to watch the video before the install.

I ordered it and noticed the jar was plastic and not glass. The formula is very thin and lacks high pigment like the real stuff. Took it to the real benefit and they verified it is FAKE! Do NOT buy!

I love this rich, silky, nourishing hair mask. One of the great things about it is that it's HUGE. 500ml - Twice the size of a standard hair mask. It contains lot's of wonderful oils that leave my hair feeling so healthy.

Wonderful for older kids and younger. My preschool class enjoyed excavating just to see what its like. A little too young to assemble the dinosaur but it was great for them to have a chance to "excavate" and that was the purpose for purchasing this.
