Included the CD-ROM, so I have a full PDF of the book plus all of the example workbooks. I uploaded that to my Google Drive so I can access it anywhere. Really great book, provides a handy reference for things that I go to when I don't have the ability to search for YouTube tutorials.

I did a LOT of reasearch before we bought a stroller. We were willing to spend some 'big' money, but only if it was going to be a stroller that we could use for years to come. We had a couple challenges as well: my husband is 6'5, and I am 5'6 and we needed a stroller that comfortable for either of us to push (without crouching over short handles for hubby). We commute daily by bus and train, and live in a walk-up so needed something that would withstand lots of use, big shopping trips, etc. This stroller has been everything I hoped it would be and more.

I purchased this for my daughter after reading the great reviews. I figured she could give it a try although I didn't expect much. Well..the results have been great, and there has been a continued decrease in acne WITHOUT the over dried, peeling skin. She has tried every major brand, store brand, as well as prescription meds without any real reduction, but had so many side effects. Her forehead was the worst, with severe cystic acne and her t-zone was moderate. She was still in school and started with her forehead as it is covered with bangs, in case of bad results. Within 3 weeks most of forehead was clear, although she still has lots of red spots from past acne, those spots are slower to heal. She has since started on the rest of her face, she did break out a bit more before the clearing began. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone with acne. This time I purchase my product from an amazon vendor, with prime I had it in 2 days and it didn't cost more than it would have from the original distributor.

Here's my problem. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and am handicapped. I can no longer clean my house so the regular vacuum cleaning (I've had to rely on), is most unsatisfactory. I have been forced to live with much dust in my carpets; add to that I have a dog and cat tracking in leaves and dirt. My dog is a breed that doesn't shed much and is, along with the cat, groomed regularly. The cat being Persian,with hair kept short, still leaves gobs of hair in the carpet.

I have felt a minimal change in my appetite, but I did have a bit more energy. I only used it for a month and stopped.

Thankfully I got the kid with a coupon. So far it's been a total rip off. My teeth aren't any more white. The gel pen doesn't work, which they sell alone for $78 and the light didn't even work when I got it. You're better off going with Crest or another brand you can get at the store for pennies on the dollar for what they charge for this cheap garbage.
