So I never write reviews but I also check them so I figured it was high time I leave one myself! I bought this camera and am actually going to buy a 2nd one it's so great! I had a horribly hard time getting it set up, but that was because we had just switched to a 5ghz router, and I couldn't get it to connect and turn on even when using the 2.4ghz connection. The Palermo company owner called me and helped me figure it out, but it ended up working while on the phone with her. If you have two internet connections you can run off of (2.4 and 5), make sure to download the app (if you're an iPhone user) while connected to the 2.4 version of your internet. My issue was I had downloaded it over 5ghz and then was trying to just connect over 2.4; so I deleted it and redownloaded it over 2.4 and then connected and was ok!
great lights, price is extremely reasonable, shipping is prompt, would highly recommend as of now, any change in opinion will be posted
This jersey was shipped from the UK and arrived very quickly. Some of the reviews I read made it sound like it wasn't a good product, but I am extremely pleased. It is just what I was expecting.
I have been using this software for years with no problems. I just did an "Update" and installed the Add on for your Browser (Firefiox). You can't remove this Add on. You are stuck with it. I looked at the settings and it reports ALL of your web surfing to maketers. This includes the "Private Window" for Private transactions. I'm furious that they are selling out the customer data and making us pay for it. Be very careful with the settings and DO NOT install the Add on because it will spy on your every move and sell it out.
As others have stated, this is a well engineered flashlight for about $50, etc. however, one that can dangerously overheat, especially when in the highest output mode ("Max" in the manual). The manual states: "DO NOT run the light at max mode for more than 10 minutes." While not a deal breaker, I think it is important to note, since the TN12 uses lithium batteries and lacks thermal protection circuitry. If by some chance the tailcap button becomes accidentally depressed for a long enough period while in a rucksack, pocket, etc., and the last used mode was max, this could be a serious burn, explosion, or fire hazard. My recommendation would be to always be sure to "lock out" the tailcap by twisting it counterclockwise when the TN12 is not in use. This goes for any lithium flashlight in this form factor, but especially ones like the TN12 which have a small reflector and lack thermal stepdown.
Lucas products are by far the best $ can buy. Had leak on 1992 Honda Civic. Took car to shop and they wanted $300 to fix. I totally drained power steering fluid and filled back up with lucas stop leak. It continued to leak for 1 week. I filled back up with another half bottle and the leak stopped! Would recommend.
This fits snug in the trunk. The only downside, more unique to my use is that we added a pet barrier and needed to cut some slits in the liner to access the tie down hooks behind the seats. The material cut easily and doesn't seem to be prone to fraying or unravelling so its not really a big issue, but would have been nice to have a slit already there to access the tie down hooks.
