THE COMPLETE GUIDE TO FASTING is amazing. Clearly written, respectful of the historical traditions it cites, good bibliography at the end of chapters, clear, easy to understand, not puffed up with filler but filled with good information. This book lends itself to short reading sessions AND to sitting for an afternoon enjoying it-- some books are only good in short bits, but this one is as pleasurable to read as a good novel. I hated to put it down and have been carrying it with me so I can read more every chance I get. I pre-ordered it so I got it the first round. If you have to wait-- this book is worth the wait. I can hardly wait to try the techniques in the second part.

This stuff is terrific. It does what the makers claim, a rarity in this century. Stuck a vehicle mount for my razr on a curved portion of my mercedes dash. Molded like plasticine, stuck great after 24 hours and remains just flexible enough to fit into my non-brittle life.

Excellent. Keeps my motorcycle battery charged, as well as my other cars batteries that I don't get to drive as much as I would like. I'd say a must have. I bought two, one of them has been hooked up to my motorcycle for more than a month now, no issues.

Very disappointed. I was using SmartMouth but decided to try BreathRx based on the lower price and the strong reviews on this site. Not sure what everyone is raving about...this simply does not work, at least for me it doesn't. Leaves a metalic taste in my mouth all day and my breath is not as fresh as it was with Smart Mouth. My wife even noticed the difference (not good). So, I'm going back to SmartMouth, more expensive, but worth it. Big fail BreathRx...

The Delorme Street atlas is an excellent program. Program wise it is the best on the market. The big problem is they do not update their street maps. I usually purchase a new Street Atlas each year hoping the maps are updated.

This little gadget has saved my life! My son used to wake up every morning at 6 am and cry for Daddy and it was horrible. NOW, he wakes up, looks at the stop light on his dresser and if it's red, he sits up and waits. He is just 2 and 1/2. He loves to set the alarm every night and as I kiss him good-nite, I remind him that Red means "stay in bed" and Green means " Get up and go"! When the light turns green at 7 am, he cheerily says. "it's green, time to get up and go". I know this because we have a video monitor. We started the alarm off at 6 am, and added 1 minute to it every night. We tried black-darkening shades on his windows, and he still woke up at 6. People complained about it being fragile, so we put it up high so he can only reach it when we pick him up to set his alarm.
