I have been taking Threelac for 2 months. I know it has helped my Candida. It takes a long time to rid your body of Candida so it is important to stick with it once you decide what to use. I have yet to actually be yeast free so I can't claim to be cured but I have noticed die-off symptoms and my yeast problems are much better.

Plenty of songs as well as lessons and mini games to play to help take you from amateur guitar player to at least an intermediate level of playing. It will take time, mind you it is the 60 day challenge and not 10 for a reason, so don't get angry if you keep failing at something. Even after only 1 hour of playing, I see a difference because I went from knowing nothing to at least knowing some of the basics.

We have a chicco keyfit 30 and works awesome. It does have a red strap for even extra support. Easy to remove. I use it still for my 7 month old because we do some real trail runs and want her head supported well because she actually sleeps when it gets bumpy!
