Upgraded to these over the 1mg as I needed a bigger dose. I am taking this with methyl folate. Be careful with these as they can cause such extreme healing if you are deficient that you can become deficient in potassium within hours. Be sure to have some potassium on hand. Just do your research extensively before doing anything like starting your methylation as it can be extreme. Lookup Freddd's protocol as it is just a treasure of information. Another resource is howirecovered.com. Some more things to reserach: Lynne Farrow's "The Iodine Crisis", Dr. Brownstein's "Iodine: Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It", Amy Yasko's research, Bulletproof Diet, mold toxicity, and gut health (try Align B. This little filter/brewer works so well that I felt compelled to write this review even it was not solicited. I bought this filter for my trip, as a temporary solution while away from home. However, it worked so well that I now have put aside my Bodum French press and use it at home. It has two advantage over the Bodum: it filters very well and the cleaning is very easy. And, the flavor is great.

Took me a while to get used to the "ribbon"--had been using Outlook 2003--but this is a dependable, powerful program. I prefer to have my e-mail client on my PC rather than on the web, and this program is ideal for that (note: this is not the online Microsoft Outlook). I just wish it was easier to sync with Google Calendar. I prefer the Outlook Version and would have liked to be able to import items from the Google One that I use on my tablet and phone . . . On the whole, I'd recommend this.

I am a long-time user of Lucas Oil Stabilizer. I used it in a new truck that I purchased in 1998, and put well over a million miles on it without ever having to add oil between oil change intervals of 12-15000 miles in a 3406 E engine. I purchased this truck used, so I'm trying to see if Lucas can postpone an engine rebuild.
