for the price range it beats those you can see at the home depot/lowes for this price range... my stainless hood came damaged, but i did get very prompt and satisfied turnaround on replacement, so i would use them again in the future. only complaint i would have about the product is the vibrations when its on, it runs up the walls, i havent had enough time to see if i can stop that transfer of vibration. i do have mine mounted to the studs and not the sheetrock though, and this would transfer sound more then sheetrock anchors, but i dont trust hanging this heavy of a unit with just sheetrock...
