The program was very helpful, full of information but not overwhelming. It guided me through the process of learning how to recognize and how to respond to inappropriate and negative behaviors, both in myself and in my son. My favorite technique was the Disconnect, which helped us avoid all kinds of useless debate. My other favorite was Focus on the Behavior, which taught us to focus on what matters - the behavior - not the feelings and attitude behind it. Over time, my son responded to the program. It took several months, but he is truly a different child today.

This product smells fantastic. It has a very smooth creamy texture. Looking forward to using it for the first time this weekend.

I find MOST of Lonely Planet Guides unhelpful and disjointed and loaded with "treks', unexplained and verbose in nature. But this one is the exception. Even though I am not a trekker, I will be taking some short treks because of the organization of this author who presents the hikes properly, detailing shorter treks and giving the statistics, length, etc. of each. The other LP guides just have long rambling jaunts on treks; this author is awesome! I love how he organized the regions well too and how he described adventures for all types of tourists and the architectural details of the hotels. I love this guy so my first five star review for Lonely Planet!

My three year old great nephew loves his truck collection, this Christmas present was a wonderful addition to his collection.

This book changed my life. The contents are life saving, and elevating. If you knock this book before reading the contents; you are mentally blind or you desire to motivate people to remain mentally blind. People that follow people, that lie to them are weak and fast to believe deception as truth so they follow the lair. Burst a move and seek the truth, follow truth, and you will know the truth! Examine your journey, look at your life, and look all around you. Listen to the people that are suddenly sick...need I say more? People have lied to us, and now they are feeding us lies and most of us are sick and dying. When I think of starting a book club, I think of wellness, wholeness, and oneness holistically. Two people I know purchased this book, and when I glanced at the contents...I was hooked to learning pure knowledge. Truthfully, my perspectives concerning life is being empowered.
