Bought this for our bedroom and was very pleased with it. Even though its 720 - its still pretty darn good. HD channels come in great and the sound is very impressive for a cheap TV. I didn't care for 1080 because this was going into our bedroom, however if you plan on buying this for your living room or family room, you need to go with a 1080 TV. All in all very good TV for the $$!!

The Samsung UN50KU6300 4K Ultra HD TV is a total winner, as is the electronics assist staff at Amazon. Not having even seen a 4K TV prior to this purchase, I needed a great deal of assistance before buying. I had previously bought my last TV in 2008 from Amazon, and the electronics staff was great at that time, so I called them on this occasion. I was considering 3-4 different brands, so I called on specs, the future of 4K broadcasts, and many tech oriented questions. The Amazon staff is the most helpful and informed in the industry.
