The first time or two that I shampooed, I really noticed a difference and loved it. I defnitely did not use the full amount requested as I have chin length hair, thin hair. I was using the product for approx 10 days before I went in to my next scheduled hair cut appt.

Awesome product!!! I've used WEN for years and it did a good job with my coarse, thick, color treated hair, but this is just as good, if not better and is so much cheaper! It has a light, pleasant scent and it actually improved my dry scalp. I will be ordering this one from now on. Love it.

I decided to make this my own & mixed one cup powder with one container, 32oz, of very low cal chocolate soy milk & blended it in my blender. I fill 3 glasses and have one for each meal and add a cup of veg broth with dinner just to have something hot, I lost 16lbs the first month with no problems. I eat & drink normal on weekends but I've found I'm alot more choosy about what I eat.

I purchased the Slyspin Rapture Table Tennis Racket Ping Pong Paddle for my hubby to play ping pong with the kids. We have a Ping Pong table in our porch so this is a great addition. It has a nice weight to it. It feels very nice in your hand. It has rubber on the paddle sides that is really nice and thick. It is made of 100% high-quality poplar wood. The blade is 6mm with carbon technology. The racket is about 10.25" long and 5.75" at the widest point. The handle is about 4" long from the bottom of the handle to the rubber red/black paddle. It comes in a really nice padded zippered case with a loop for hanging.

Once you accept that it's written in a narrative form, you really learn alot from this book, especially with its use of a Socratic approach to determining how the people solve their problems. While I found some of the interactions a bit hoakie at times, I liked how he incorporated the personal issues to show that solving business problems occurs in a wider spectrum of life where we can't separate personal and professional. Overall, I think it was very helfpul.
